What we collect, and why

The contact form

When you write to us through the form, we receive your name, email address, the topic you chose and your message. We use them only to answer your enquiry. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)), or steps you ask us to take before entering a contract (art. 6(1)(b)). We keep the message for up to 12 months after the conversation ends and then delete it.

Visit statistics

The site counts page views, the referring website, campaign tags in the link and the type of device (phone, tablet or computer). It uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not record your IP address, so visitors cannot be recognised. These counts are only collected if you accept statistics in the cookie banner.

Cookie choices

When you choose in the cookie banner, we store a random identifier, your choice and the date, so that we can show that your choice was respected. It cannot be traced back to you. See the cookie policy.

Embedded video

If a project page shows a YouTube or Vimeo video, it only loads after you accept marketing cookies. Until then, no data goes to those services.

Who receives data

The site is hosted on servers in the EU run by our web agency WizeCode (wizecode.dk), which acts as our data processor. We do not sell data and we do not use advertising networks.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, ask us to restrict or stop using it, and ask for a copy of it. Write to info@perseusdesignstudio.com. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).
